Ethan has spent years slowly growing his studio, starting out with just a laptop and the most basic of recording softwares, he has now achieved a small but officiant recording studio which is perfect for acoustic artists and solo vocalists.

The studio has been professionally treated with acoustic foam for top quality sound recordings, this is also great for accurate mixing and mastering as the rooms resonance is reduced.  

The room is also equipped with a unique sound booth, consisting of a thick acoustic curtain that can be pulled around you to capture the best clarity in a vocal.

Ethan has been working on his own original projects for 6 years now and in doing so he has become very experienced in the mixing side of music. 

Ethan's workstation consists of high quality monitor speakers renowned for their flat even sound. The room is acoustically treated, including bass traps in the corners of the room, to ensure resonance is reduced for an accurate mixing process.

Over the years, Ethan has built up a large library of top professional plugins (digital compressors, EQ's, reverbs, delays etc) which he has used and experimented with on many of his own projects. Ethan is confident to deliver a great sounding mix with these top plugins at his deposal.

Mastering isn't just about making your song loud and radio ready. The main reason in this final process is to get another pair of trained ears to listen to your song and make any final tweaks. 

In most cases the mixing engineer will not do the mastering process as well as the mixing, as listening to the same song over and over can start to trick the ears.
So having a fresh pair of ears listen to a final mix is vital to make sure the best sound is achieved.

Ethan will tweak your song as little as possible so that the original mix isn't affected too much, mastering is not meant to completely change your song. Any major alterations would be discussed with you first.
